ANTHONY (TONY) MERRILL
Coach & Instructor
After graduating high school and competing in high school and college level sports, Coach Tony decided to pursue his passion for coaching baseball and softball in 1987. He has been coaching boys and girls ages 5-18 for more than 30 years!
Today, Tony is Adrenaline’s Lead Instructor and takes great pride in instructing and teaching young players the skills to play at the highest levels. He offers private baseball and softball instruction and camps for Adrenaline, including hitting, fielding, pitching and catching. He also helps players adopt mental strength that leads to success on and off the field, including respect, leadership, teamwork, knowledge, confidence, and navigating both wins and losses.
Coach Tony is also Adrenaline Sports Academy’s Travel Ball Coordinator, General Manager, and Director of Operations. Additionally, he coaches two Adrenaline teams, and is responsible for interviewing coaches and players.
