Dennis Kopin
Dennis hails from Middlesex County. He graduated from Carteret high school in 1990 where he played 4 years of varsity football and baseball. The 1990 Rambler baseball team secured the Group 2 state championship with Dennis leading the way as co-captain. He was also awarded first team All-State his senior year for his performance on the mound. Dennis continued on to play baseball at Kean college in Union, NJ.
Dennis recently completed 24 years of coaching high school varsity baseball in June 2019. Baseball experience includes serving as the assistant varsity coach for Carteret High School and Union County college between March 1996 to June 2004.
In 2008, Dennis was hired as the assistant varsity baseball coach at Central Regional High School and remained there until 2015. The team earned the title of Ocean County champions in 2014.
Dennis finished his high school coaching career at Toms River High School North from March 2016 -June 2019 again as an assistant varsity coach. This team earned numerous titles of Ocean County champions in 2016, 2017 and 2018, as well as Shore Conference champions in 2017 and 2018.
Dennis specializes in coaching young athletes who aspire to be pitchers, catchers, infielders and those who are looking to refine their hitting skills at the plate. He will bring a wealth of experience and knowledge about the game of baseball to the Adrenaline family.
